A fine example of a Silver Toddy ladle

Hallmarked for Edingburgh 1815 Maker Marks of each ladle for J W Howden and Alexander Henderson

The handle is engraved, but I cannot decipher the letters.

The bowl is 4 cm in diameter and approximately 1.5 cm deep and the handle and stem too the bowl is approximately 12 cm the spoon weight is 26.7 grams

This ladle is one of two ladles marked with the same markings for sale.

This ladle might also be used as a sauce ladle if so desired.

Please note I am not a dealer in spoons nor do I know anything about spoons, Described as accurately as possible please see the photos.

Items will be packed and posted using only Royal Mail Special delivery thus ensuring that it (hopefully) does not get lost in the post and of course will have the appropriate compensation attached to it.

Please bear in mind that should your item need alteration this will not be posted straight away but on completion of the re-sizing and finishing (polishing to perfection).

Dependent on the object it will be sent as a large Letter or whichever size parcel is appropriate. However, I only use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is signed for at both ends.
