Victorian Silver Crown dated 1845
Weight is 27 grams
Please note that the coin has two holes at the top
There are several reasons for the hole.
One is that they were worn in older days as a necklace charm.
Another is that they were strung so as not to lose them.
Many old coins have holes in them due to the fact that people used to (and sometimes still) make jewelry out of them.
Items will be packed and posted using only Royal Mail Special delivery thus ensuring that it (hopefully) does not get lost in the post and of course will have the appropriate compensation attached to it.
Please bear in mind that should your item need alteration this will not be posted straight away but on completion of the re-sizing and finishing (polishing to perfection).
Dependent on the object it will be sent as a large Letter or whichever size parcel is appropriate. However, I only use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is signed for at both ends.
Postage is free to UK addresses unless stated otherwise. For addresses outside of the UK your postage cost will be calculated on the checkout page depending on what country you are based.
